Join us at the second event of this year’s Resilience Roadshow series at Edgbaston Cricket Ground, Birmingham, on 2nd May.
A number of factors contribute to how resilient your business is, but success in times of crisis depends on three main areas: the strengths of leadership, agility of operations and availability of IT. So, for this year’s Resilience Roadshow we’ll be exploring these three essential functions:
Resilient Leadership – What makes a resilient leader? How can those in control make the right decisions under pressure to retain a business’ competitive advantage in a crisis.
Resilient Operations – What measures can be put in place to make business operations more resilient and continue to operate as normal in a disaster situation.
Resilient IT – Can your IT systems still be accessed and used by all stakeholders during a crisis? Can your infrastructure withstand an attack or failure? What can you do to make your IT more resilient, regardless of the challenges?
Delegates will take part in an interactive session to start the day, followed by three sessions looking at the role each area plays and how to get them working together to make a business more resilient.
Held from 08:30 to 12:30 this free-to-attend event, will also include a guided tour of Edgbaston Stadium.
Places are strictly limited for this event, so please register your interest now to avoid disappointment.
